Precompiled binaries for NTFSProgs
When you’re working with NTFS volumes and Boot Camp, it is handy to have precompiled versions of the NTFSProgs tools available. This package installs the NTFSProgs 2.0.0 tools in a new folder named /Library/NTFSProgs. It also includes a description of how you can compile them yourself if you don’t trust my package. I hope you find it useful.

Here’s a handy link to Winclone, a tool that is no longer being maintained, but which allows you to easily clone your Boot Camp partition. Combined with SYSPREP, Winclone helps you to deploy multi-boot images to your Mac OS X computers.
